Cool Cooperative Promotion

If you're due a new Georgia fishing licence or haven't purchased one before, this weekend is the best time to buy one. The Georgia Department of Natural Resources will have a booth at the Forrest Wood Cup Expo, Thursday through Saturday from 10-5 at the Gwinnett Center, and licenses will be for sale. If you buy a license at the Expo and take it by the FLW Membership booth, they'll sign you up for complementary one-year subscription to the online version of FLW Bass Fishing Magazine.

Of course, that's just one of many cool things about the expo. They have all sorts of hands on stuff to do, fishing seminars by pro anglers, display booths for fishing manufacturers, information about fishing in Georgia, contests and much more. And beginning at 5:00 every evening in the Gwinnett Center Arena, you can watch the competitors weigh in their catches as they battle for the title of world champion and the 1/2 million dollar top prize.
