Storms of Change?

Rick Morris thinks this year's Classic will be all about making
good adjustments to the changing weather and covering water.
With the 2014 Bassmaster Classic Day 1 blast-off less than 8 hours away, big, bad storms are rockin' Lake Guntersville, delivering powerful wind and heavy rain. How will that affect fishing? We'll find out tomorrow (or at least we will learn some of that tomorrow and more as the weekend progresses).

Change has been the only constant in the weather of late, so this year's Classic contenders have had to do a lot of mental adjusting. Most changes to this point have had to do with water temperature, which rose several degrees this week. However, the storms threaten to add a big dose of mud to some angler's key areas, and it'll probably invigorate the bite in some others.

At least the thunderstorms are all supposed to pass through overnight. Changed conditions are way better than a wet blast off or, worse yet, a delayed start because of lightning.
