A Little of a Lot

Gary Dollahon and I never found a solid pattern or single group of willing fish today, but we picked at fish of different sorts throughout the day and ended up catching quite a few fish, including fish of half a dozen species that were caught on half a dozen different lures. We caught more spotted bass than anything else

Mike Taylor and Nathaniel, fishing from Mike's boat, did find a good group of largemouths running shad and caught a few good ones from the same spot.

Basically, we found a little bit of a lot of things but not a lot of any one thing. Well, we did find a lot of rain, but only for a little bit. It rained about as hard as rain can fall for about five minutes, just as we were running back to the ramp and loading the boat!
